I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to sprains, falls, collisions, or other injuries. Medical Authorization In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize Hickory Flat Taekwondo staff to seek necessary medical treatment for the participant. I understand that I am financially responsible for any medical services provided. Release of Liability I release and discharge Hickory Flat Taekwondo, its instructors, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of participation in the competition, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. Photo & Video Release I give permission for photos or videos taken during the event to be used for promotional or educational purposes by Hickory Flat Taekwondo. Behavior Expectations I understand that participants must follow all rules and instructions given by event staff. Unsafe or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.
